Most of our mortgage services are offered for a clear, flat fee starting from just £249. This applies across the majority of our services, including residential, buy to let, equity release and more complex cases — with no hidden costs or surprises.
We charge a fee because we provide dedicated, expert advice. From researching the whole of the market and managing your application, to liaising with lenders and guiding you every step of the way, your mortgage is handled with care, expertise and your best interests at heart.
That said, we believe you should only pay if you’re genuinely happy. If you’re not satisfied with our service, we’ll refund our fee — simple as that. It’s our way of standing behind the value we deliver and giving you complete confidence in choosing us.
